IKOCITI WEEKLY

• IKOCITI'S DISTRICTS. The IkoCiti Platform to fight GenPoverty is designed like a city with many different activities performed by different groups. We divide the 'city' into 20 districts and each district has 3-5 zones. Each zone hosts a specific activity. Doing the Pitch presentation forces me to rethink IkoCiti's structure. Substantial changes have been made. There are around 70 zones. That is a bit much but I prefer each zone to be responsible for one specific activity outcome.

• JOB BOARD. I have now linked the Job Board with the Airtable database. I expect to publish the pages next week. It will be continuously updated. I will use ChatGPT to help me identify & describe the specific job descriptions.

• PITCH.COM. I am working on a Pitch presentation with like 100 pages. Each page has a short text but still. Each page will have the most urgent tasks that a specific zone in a specific district has to produce first. The presentation will only be used to inform the interested co-creators. Next week it will be finished for sure.

• BENTO.ME. Last week I was happy with Bento. This week less. There are problems with saving changes. There is nothing worse than your work not being saved and having to do it again. I hate it. Maybe this week they solve it.

• NO ISSUES.

IkoCiti’s ultimate impact goal is to give people with little socio-economic opportunities a destiny where they can create their own opportunities while making money. They create opportunities by rebuilding the barrios they live in. If successful the barrios turn into safer places with more encouraging living conditions for the next-gen. We address the biggest pain people have in this world– the impotence to build a better future for yourself, and your family.

Making IkoCiti successful will require effective collaboration among different groups. How do we achieve this? Probably the most important factor is that people need to stay motivated, feel a sense of urgency, and like what they are doing (enjoy the process).
