THINGS TO IMPROVE
STRUCTURE Q&A DATABASE. 80 chapters for the book; 50 weeklies and 53 articles for the Dispatch are adding up to many words. Too many words to remember with my memory. The idea is to tag all valuable sentences in a Q&A database. Theoretically, that must make it easier to find all ideas behind the 400.000+ words.

#53- HOW TO REBUILD A NATION?

The reason I develop strategies to rebuild nations is because I like people. I like people because I cannot talk to a horse, play tennis with a snake, or discuss the NBA finals with a fish in a bowl. I like my dog too, but if I throw a stick, she – instead of bringing it back - hides the stick. Maybe I just have a stupid dog. Maybe I have a smart dog because I am not running after a stick either. But hey …what do I know about dog psychology?
But then again …what do I know about human psychology?
I read a few articles but most I think I know comes from observing people and provoking them a little. Modern (urban) society is a psychological jungle. Why not teach psychology in primary school from the first day on? We all should be psychology experts.
Rebuilding nations is all about knowing human psychology.

BUSINESS DISTRICT
IkoCiti is an impact-first venture; we sell impact to governments and global institutions. Still, it has to be profitable also to build financial reserves to protect our independence. We need to be creative in formulating impact, funding, and monetization strategies.
In the Business District, Mavericks work on maximizing the long-term impact and financial goals. Our rake on transactions needs to be considered fair by the Impact Buyers. If not, they feel unhappy. And unhappy people look for other venues to spend their money. Not enough buying power from the buyers leaves the producers dry — the odds for success lowers and they become happy. We need smart business strategies to keep all sides happy.
